Flexibility

Our flexibility regime comes from Zen Yoga. 

Upper Body

We use medicine balls, dumbells, and weight bars to tone arms, shoulders, and upper back.

Core and Leg Strength

Nothing is better for core and leg strength (not to mention cardio) than sumo training. 

Kickboxing

Get the heart pumping with our Bag and BOB workout. More than just mindless kicking to a thumping beat, we practice Taekwondo and Sumo techniques to protect joints while building muscle and improving balance.

Self-Defense

Everything we do in Karate+Fit has its basis in martial arts, so the exercises are more than just exercises - they are valuable skills that can be used in self-defense.

Family Fun

Classes are usually scheduled immediately before or after Karate, so you, your friends and your kids can all train together.
