We offer a range classes for you to choose from while taking advantage of various Medicare programs that pay for your fitness classes. 

Senior Circuit

Experience standing, low impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for every fitness level and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill or chronic conditions. Senior Circuit will help you improve activities for daily living, enhance cognitive health, and increase cardiovascular endurance. SilverSneakers® and Prime Member approved.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is known for being an effective stress reliever and it comes with a long list of physical benefits. You can improve your overall health, enhance your quality of life, and have some fun while you're at it. Chair yoga can help you improve your core strength and posture, increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion, manage stress, chronic pain, and arthritis, lose weight, lower blood pressure, sleep better, and feel more energized.  SilverSneakers® and Prime Member approved.

Chair Aerobics

Chair aerobics is designed to increase strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a small ball are offered for resistance. This class is designed for all fitness levels and can be adapted for common chronic conditions.

Tai Chi for Health

Medical studies have shown Tai Chi relieves pain and improves quality of life, as well as helps to prevent falls for older adults, but it's also great for people of any age!. Our forms can be practiced standing or sitting, making Tai Chi easy, enjoyable, and safe to learn.

Seated Tai Chi Online

Perfect for those who have trouble standing for long periods of time, our gentle, seated Tai Chi exercises will help you improve health, mobility, and flexibility. This program is approved by Arthritis foundations around the world, as well as the US Centers for Disease Control.

If you are over age 60 and a true beginner to exercising, this one-on-one session is designed just for you. 


We will ease  you into the basics of stretching and movement and teach you how best to use our fitness equipment. Each session is personalized to fit your needs and help you begin your fitness journey.
